7. After payment processing, how do I access the application?
Once you have completed the purchasing process and your payment has been approved, you will receive your serial number and have complete access to our product.
You'll also be receiving a purchase confirmation E-mail containing your serial number.

8. I did not Receive My Serial number?
After completing your payment you should click the "Complete Your Order" link on the ClickBank page to return to the ErrorWiz™ website where you will receive your Serial Number.
You can also check your email, because we have sent the serial number to your email address when you finished the order.
If you can't find it there please contact us, we will regenerate a serial number for you.

9. Wrong Serial Number?
You might have copied a wrong or incomplete serial number, please copy and paste the correct registration code again. As to how to copy and paste the serial number, you could follow these hints:
1. Select the serial number;
2.Use the keys "ctrl+c" at the same time to copy it;
3 Use the keys "ctrl+v" at the same time to paste the serial number on the Serial Number area of the software under the Register title.
Or you can just simply left click select; right click copy, than right click paste.You can select and paste the whole serial number to the first box and rest will be filled in automatically.

10. Want to Change Your Registered E-mail address?
If your registered e-mail address has changed since ordering the product, please contact us and include your name, your previous e-mail address, the product name, and your order number.

11. Can I run ErrorWiz™ on both my desktop computer and my laptop computer?
Yes! Periodically we offer licenses for three computers for the price of one. Please refer to our order page to see if we have such promotion at this time. You will receive one license key that will work on up to 3 different computers.

12. Can ErrorWiz™ run automatically when I start my computer?
Yes. Check "Run ErrorWiz™ when this computer starts" under Settings.

13. When I scan my PC it locks up or the scanning doesn't complete. What can I do?
We recommend that you close down all the running applications when using ErrorWiz™.
If it doesn't help Restart your computer and start the scan again.

14. Some detected problems were not fixed. Why?
ErrorWiz™ will usually fix all the detected problems but sometimes its smart algorithm may choose to leave some minor errors in place because multiple programs may be using a shared tool and correcting this would impact some programs.
The threat level of the problems that were not fixed is usually very low and absolutely harmless to your system. You can disable those programs in order to stop it, but it is totally unnecessary since all your errors that slowed down your windows and displayed error messages were repaired. You can trust that your system is optimized for a better performance.
Please rescan you pc weekly to insure that it works at its best.

15. A shortcut to one of my programs disappeared from my desktop. Why?
If a shortcut was not created in a proper way, ErrorWiz™ will identify it and may remove it.
If a shortcut you need disappears, you can easily recreate it.
By recreating it correctly, the problem will not reappear and help the integrity of the Registry.

16. ErrorWiz™ fixed all the problems it identified. But I still have problems with my computer. What should I do?
 ErrorWiz™ is designed to fix your windows registry problems and a number of specific windows errors. It will very effectively address these issues. However, there are other causes for computer problems such as virus, spyware, and hardware failure, etc.
